#3 - Fantasy Rugby or Authority Site Rugby - The Internet Time Machine is still showing over 60 terms that have high demand and low supply revolving around the word "rugby".  This could be a great opportunity for cheap traffic and to build a site for advertising, adsense, or just to flip it.  Rugby site demand is outstripping supply by a wide margin.

#2 - China Forex - As mentioned in a previous post, this will be the biggest FOREX news for the decade as China's currency begins to trade on the FOREX or with other offshore vehicles.  The FOREX market is wide open on this subject as everyone is scrambling for information and ideas.  Creating a lead capture or guide to this currency will be incredibly lucrative.

Therapy referrals pay big money as there is continuity built into the financial equation as well.  Doing a simple exchange offer of a free first session in your area in exchange for an email and phone number could become an very profitable niche.  Start small, in and around your zip code, or zip codes, with high same sex marriage licenses, and then move on to national.
