3. Gold - strong demand for physical gold as new "Gold ATMs" start to get popular in other countries and may get popular here as well.  With the currency devaluation going on right now around the world, people fear that paper money will be worthless in 5 years and that holding physical gold is the answer.

4. Business buying and niche business buying - very popular in an economic downturn as people look for ways to create "instant" revenue like buying a running business or a niche website business.
